Operating Principle of Syringe Oil Extraction

Using a medical syringe to extract engine oil may seem like a fantasy, but it actually conforms to basic principles of fluid mechanics. A 20ml syringe generates approximately 0.3 atmospheres of negative pressure, theoretically capable of extracting relatively low-viscosity 5W-30 engine oil.
