During installation, apply a small amount of magnetic oil to the pipe threads and tighten to ensure a seal. Distinguish between the inlet and outlet, and ensure proper sealing of the inlet and outlet pipes. Before use, pour a small amount of machine oil into the pump for lubrication, then turn the crank handle to pump oil. Rotate the handle clockwise to activate the drainage mode, and counterclockwise to switch to suction mode. During operation, keep the pump body perpendicular to the oil surface and ensure the suction pipe is completely submerged below the liquid surface. After use, promptly drain any residual oil and add a small amount of lubricating oil to the pump. Before long-term storage, treat metal parts for rust prevention. For extended periods of non-use, add machine oil for lubrication (except when using edible oil). Before storage, clean the pump body and apply rust-preventive oil. Store in a dry room with a suitable temperature. Do not disassemble the internal blade assembly without authorization. Improper operation may lead to seal failure or metal powder contamination. Due to friction between the internal blades and the main body, disassembly may produce powdery substances, and self-decomposition may lead to performance degradation.
Manual oil pumps cannot be used with liquids that are corrosive to metals. Appropriate working fluids should be selected, such as hydraulic oil with a kinematic viscosity of 20-28 centipoise (e.g., YB-N32 hydraulic oil). Alcohol, water, glycerin, and other media are prohibited. The working fluid must be filtered clean with a 120-160 mesh oil filter.
